Origins

I often joked over at SammyNetbook.com that forum members should post up pictures of their netbooks on holiday.  We’d get people saying they were about to take theirs to Mount Everest or trekking around the Amazonian rain forest. 

Purpose

I am often asked what is the point of this site.  OK, I’ve never been asked what the point of this site is, but I’m going to tell you anyway.  Actually, come to think of it, this site doesn’t really have a purpose.  It’s not like we can even put funny captions up against the pictures (although you are welcome to try) like in that “I can have cat burger” site.

Disclaimer

Electronic equipment isn’t all that tough, so this site does not recommend you take your device from the safe that you carefully store it away in each night.  All photos on this site were carefully staged by trained professionals using specialist photo manipulation effects and stunt netbooks.  Do not try this at home.
